KDS Global is a Consulting, Trading and Marketing Proprietorship based in India, UAE and USA. KDS Global is a family operated entity with Meghana Shinde being the Proprietor and her husband, Karna D Shinde being the Legal Counsel.
KDS Global is an independent, family-owned consulting, physical trading and marketing business founded in 2008.
Throughout our history, we’ve prospered by questioning the status quo. In the early years, we were one of a few firms challenging the traditional dominance of the big institutions. We developed new markets and helped to redefine the way consulting was done, commodities were traded and marketing was conducted.

Karna D. Shinde is a double graduate Attorney at Law (B.L.S./LL.B.) based in Dubai, UAE, San Fransisco, USA and Mumbai, India and received his law degree from Government Law College in 2008. He has various clients and has represented them in matters related to NCLT, intellectual property to libel / defamation matters to real estate, land matters, wills and S.138 Negotiable Instruments Act.
He has been consulting multifarious businesses from India and abroad in various fields from taking Indian companies abroad to expanding foreign company foot print in India.
Karna has helped numerous businesses in various sectors in India and abroad raise funds for R&D and expansion.

The company is revenue generating and has received USFDA certification and is in the process of dual stock exchange listing in USA and Singapore. 2) Neuro42, USA - www.neuro42.ai, is a new generation portable MRI machine specialising in detecting brain and neck ailments amongst other conditions. Neuro42 is a sister company of Promaxo. Neuro42 is an imaging, live interventions and robotic arm device. Scans can be done in 4 minutes.
3) 8Chili, USA - www.8chili.com, is an augmented reality, virtual reality, remote operated surgical software for remote surgeries, patient engagement, planning surgeries and training surgeons. The company is revenue generating.
4) Otomagnetics Inc., USA - www.otomagnetics.com, is a magnetic non-invasive drug delivery platform. The payload/ medicine is converted into nano particles by the magnets and the drug is administered to the patients without the needle.

Karna is a consultant and advisor to Promaxo, 8Chili, Neuro42, Otomagnetics Inc., Navaux, Kyto, and Fanisko amongst other companies and is helping all the companies expand internationally and have a global presence.
He also owns KDS Global www.kdsglobal.in along with his wife which is into Consulting, Trading and Marketing. KDS Global has offices in Dubai, San Francisco and Mumbai.
Karna and his family are currently in the process of developing their family land into commercial and residential real estate in Kolhar, Maharashtra, India.
He also has agricultural land in Maharashtra where sugarcane and other fruits are grown.
